Khadkeshwar Mahadev Mandir : The Khadkeshwar Temple is an ancient Chalkyan style temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located in the historic city of Aurangabad. It take its name from the earlier name of Aurangabad which was Khadki. The main temple is surrounded by an old geru coloured wall and it also has an underground temple. The temple is painted in white.

It is believed that Lord Khadkeshwar was the main village deity of Khadki. The white colored Khadkeshwar Temple gives its visitor instant peace of mind and inner happiness.[1]

It is one of the famous temple in Auranagabad[2]
