KnowledgeDesk is a software product for IT Help Desks and Customer Service organizations that transforms traditional ticket-centric approaches to managing customer inquiries into a knowledge-centric, data-driven decision-making system. KnowledgeDesk was borne from the Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) practices and Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology, but applies a unique blend of these two help desk approaches to help organizations more methodically identify and resolve the underlying problems in the organization that are causing customer issues.
