The Leadership Quarterly, is the premier journal dedicated to the scientific study of leadership and is highly ranked on various journal quality lists.[1] It is published by Elsevier and currently edited by John Antonakis from the Faculty of Business and Economics, of the University of Lausanne. It's current 2-year impact factor is 3.094 and the 5-year impact factor of 4.269[2]. It is ranked in the first quartile in management and applied psychology. The journal has a broad and multidisciplinary focus and publishers papers from various fields of social (psychology, economics, political science) and biological (e.g., evolutionary psychology, neuroscience) sciences. The journal also publishes methodological advances.
