Leonid Yevdochenko (Ukrainian: Леонід Євдоченко, born 11 June 1971, in Chornobyl, Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian statesman. He is the current Chairman of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, holding the office since July 1, 2015.[1], Lieutenant General [2].

Biography[edit | edit source]

  • 1993-2006 – Yevdochenko served as an officer in the Security Service of Ukraine.
  • 2006 - Yevdochenko graduated from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, specialty “Public Administration”.
  • 2006-2009 – Head of the Science and Technology Agency of the Security Service of Ukraine.
  • 2009-2013, 2014-2015 - Director of the Ukrainian Scientific and Research Institute of Special Equipment and Forensic Expertise of the Security Service of Ukraine.

On July 1, 2015, Yevdochenko was appointed as a Chairman of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (Ordinance of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 660-p).
