LosslessCut is a free and open-source software for non-linear video editing multimedia files, which allows fast cutting and trimming without losing any video or audio quality.[5][6][7] This is achieved by not having to re-encode the files using Lossy compression like traditional Non linear editors do, although it comes with certain limitations.[8][9] It is written in JavaScript and uses Electron and React for its graphical user interface, and FFmpeg for its multimedia functions.
