Shortly after the Anderson/Woburn Station opened in 2001 and Mishawum Station was reduced to 6 trains a day, the MBTA established the Route 355.
Service[edit]
MBTA Route 355 was a route which was for the surrounding industrial parks around Mishawum Station. In the morning, two buses run outbound. The first one leaves at 6:05 AM and arrives at Mishawum Station at 6:44 AM, the last ones leaves at 7:15 AM and arrives at Mishawum Station at 7:33 AM. in the PM, the first bus leaves 3:30 PM from Mishawum Station and arrives Boston at 4:02 PM, the last bus leaves Mishawum Station at 5:10 PM and arrives Boston at 5:54 PM. All trips service Medford Square and 400 West Cummings Park.
Current[edit]
As of today, MBTA Route 355 as been relieved of service. The MBTA Route 355 was removed due to poor ridership in July 2012. For replacements, the 354 still services 400 West Cummings Park at certain times, the commuter rail service to Mishawum Station is still in the timetable to this day, and the limited portion of the 134 stops at the Woburn Senior Center, however this portion is limited too.
