Manny Hira
Manny Hira aka ‘Joe Jacobs’ born May 9, 1978) is an British clinical hypnotist councillor, NLP Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner, director of Nowaiting Therapies. www.nowaiting.co.uk He is credited with his vast knowledge about are range of subjects regarding ‘mental health’ including ‘psychotherapy, ‘person centred therapy’, cognitive behaviour therapy’, ‘clinical hypnotherapy’, ’Neuro Linguistic Programming’ helping people to achieve success more easily and “rapidly / more quickly”.
Life and career Manny in his earlier life during his final year in secondary school, began learning to program and design web sites. He created a website called ‘nopublisher.com’ to sellelectronic online with Amazon, however due to health issues, His life changed in many respects due to ‘diabetes and more’.
Manny graduated from Liverpool John Moores with a B.A. degree in psychotherapy and counselling in the 1990's. Manny then did his Master’s degree ‘Information systems management’ and also ‘cyber security’ at another university. During this period of time he worked under many job roles, including project for the NSA and various companies from different industries such as: web programming, sales, selling property, a drug addictions specialist, a counselor, clinical hypnotherapist and NLP trainer, (A full career history is not shown).
In the early 2000’s, Manny engaged in drug addiction treatments and through the NHS, counselling on a 1 to 1 basis and online. soon after attaining sales experience in ‘sales’ meeting people from a variety of different backgrounds, such residential, from those having financial problems and others. He became introduced to NLP and clinical hypnotherapy while doing several job roles and setup his own business “Nowaiting Therapies” in 2005 to provide ‘psychological support’ for private clients with the use of integrative approaches to help people who required help with emotional, behaviour and thinking's issues.
Introduction of changes to ‘Mental help industries’ He has stated that “he believes nothing s perfect and can be improved and / or changed up to an ‘extent’ which can vary according to the situations that may be involved. Even the best can be better.”
His experience with others can not be compared to everyone and it was seen that much ‘abuse’ was performed in the area of ‘mental health’ quite often due to ’therapists encouraging clients they have, to come and see them’, even though they may not need to in the opinion of ‘many’ with the intention of making money from them. The use of ’NLP, ‘clinical hypnotherapy’ and ‘counselling’ for individual treatments for clients was not often used together in ‘mental health’. His treatments unlike others used various approaches customised for each person seen to achieve fast results which could last for the long term.
In 2015 he met with Mr John Grinder and became a certified ’NLP Trainer, Other industries he is involved in are, ‘property, programming, cyber security’
