Manoj Yadav (born 25 January 1983) is the author of the book 101 Secrets of Project Risk Management[1][2] from the genre business and management by Vitasta Publishing Private Ltd, a leader in non-fiction. He holds the MLE title and is a president's select member of ‘Leaders Excellence’ a business leader's community, at Harvard Square, Massachusetts, US.
Writing career[edit]
In July 2019 Manoj's debut book 101 Secrets of Project Risk Management was published by Vitasta Publications. The book is a pioneering work in the field of business and management which presents a 3-in-1 approach for effective decision-making in aspects of project, risk and quality management. The book not only received advance praise from 18+ proficient leaders of various companies including CEOs & VPs but also did well in the market selling 25,000 copies in 3 months. His other book on leadership is selected by Rupa Publications, one of the largest publishing houses in India which are slated to release in 2020. Prior to writing books, he became very popular through his blogs in Quora where within 9 months he garnered more than 1,50,000 readers across the globe and 14,000+ followers on LinkedIn. He is also a quotes writer who likes to motivate people and has written more than 100 quotes.
Early life[edit]
Manoj was born in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, India. His father was in a government job and they later shifted to Boisar, an industrial town in Maharashtra where he finished his schooling. He completed his graduation in B.E Computer engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai 2004 and management courses from Emory University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.He has served Fortune 500 clients in his various roles with leading MNC's like IBM, Atos Syntel, Patni (now part of Capgemini) and Lionbridge.A multifaceted personality, he is also good at singing, dialogue-delivery, table tennis, and carrom.

He has numerous global professional certifications to his credits namely ITIL foundation certified from AXELOS (UK), PMP certified from PMI (USA), ISO certification from DNV GL (Norway) and is a trained CMMI professional.In his corporate role, he has audited 150+ projects and interviewed 300+ managers and leaders in various roles. He is often regarded as a pioneer in IT Risk Management. His book ‘101 SECRETS OF PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT’ is a pathbreaking work on Project, Quality, and Risk management, where for the first time he is detailing in-depth around 98% risks affecting projects and strategies to mitigate them.
