Marco Pierre White at the height of his powers, the show takes you behind the scenes at Harvey's in 1989-1990. Featuring a young Gordon Ramsay, Marco cooks for his mentors including Albert Roux, Nico Ladenis, Pierre Koffman, Raymond Blanc - and invites Keith Floyd over to shadow him.[1][2][3]
