Mark McNeil ( Born August 25, 1961 San Antonio, Texas) Is a retired Athlete from the United States. He graduated in 1980 from Sam Houston High School in San Antonio, Texas. His High School Senior year he was the Texas State High School 100 meters Track & Field Champion in a State record time of 10.0. From 1982-85 he was a 3 time NCAA Track & Field All-American at the University of Houston. In 1985 he signed to play Professional football in the USFL with the San Antonio Gunslingers, and in 1987 with the Miami Dolphins.[1][2][3][4]
