The Automated Recruiting and Communication System brings efficiencies to building, managing and engaging with a database of panel members to be used for in house research studies, new product evaluation and feedback management.

In 1987, Dale Kulp and Gerard Holzbaur formed Marketing Systems Group, to build products, services and information solutions specifically for the survey research industry.
