Masaki Ejima (江島 雅紀 Ejima Masaki, born 6 March 1999) is a Japanese athlete specialising in the pole vault. He competed at the 2017 Asian Athletics Championships, where he did his PB 5.65 m, taking the second place and the Asian Junior Record. He then competed at the 2018 World Junior Championships, finishing with the bronze medal.
