History[edit]

MaxMobility was started with a garage-like setup in 2004. Amit Lakhmani, a commerce graduate with a PG diploma in computer applications, invested close to Rs 20 lakh from his own pocket to set up the company. It specialized in providing value-added services for the wireless and internet. By 2009, the company had an annual revenue of Rs 3.5 crore.[1]

As the world of digital technology opened up more possibilities, MaxMobility started offering more solutions as a digital transformation company. Presently, a team of more than 200 employees work with the company.

In January 2017, MaxMobility acquired MAGNE Consulting, a content marketing creative agency. It was rebranded as UrsDigitally, a new digital marketing firm.[2]

Product and Services[edit]

MaxMobility helps organizations to ride the digital wave by developing enterprise mobility solutions that deliver operational efficiency for businesses. In the traditional business model, the supply chain between the manufacturer and the end consumer goes through many different channels like distributors, wholesalers and local dealers. Brands send out sales agents on the field who visit local retail outlets to take orders and explain about new products. Typically, a sales agent must visit at least 8-10 shops in one day. With mobile sales force automation apps, regional sales managers and marketing heads can easily monitor the work done by local sales agents. GoSales, an app developed by MaxMobility, helps to bring operational efficiency in this supply chain process. Features like geo-coding of outlets, shortest route planners powered by GPS, digital order forms and mobile catalogue help to make the life of a sales agent easier. Sales managers can supervise the entire sales force with GPS location tracking. This automation process helps businesses in performance improvement.

MaxMobility provides enterprise mobility solutions across a wide range of industry verticals including FMCG, retail, real estate, telecom and other sectors. Reputed clients include Coca Cola, Airtel[3], Spencer’s, Ambuja Neotia and many more. In addition to sales force automation, the company offers other operational efficiency services like field service automation, mobile surveys and audits, mCommerce solutions, event/conference solutions, and employee safety solutions.

MaxMobility also provides engaging web solutions and innovative SaaS based cloud apps that help businesses to achieve digital transformation.
