Production[edit]
On March 3, 2009, it was announced that Alex Litvak and Michael Finch sold their original script "Medieval" to the New Regency Pictures, no producers were attached at the time.[1] After leaving the project, the script was acquired by Sony Pictures Entertainment on February 20, 2015, which Neal H. Moritz would produce through his Original Film.[2] Chad Stahelski and David Leitch were being eyed for the directing duty of the film.[2]
