Mee sapi is a noodle dish typically uses noodles similar to kolok mee found in Sarawak. However, mee sapi is different in the sense that it is served with a beef-based broth and topped with generous amounts of beansprouts and beef slices.
Ingredients: 100gm noodles, 100gm Beef, 5 teaspoons onions (cut into 7cm long), 30gm Taugeh, 1 teaspoon of Bak Kut Teh (available in all local supermarket), 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 2000 litres of water, & 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt.
