Men's Physique

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Men's Physique is a relatively new division in competitive bodybuilding. It was launched in 2012 and since then has gained tremendous popularity globally. Within the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) and its "feeder" organizations, Men's Physique is the fastest growing division in competitive bodybuilding[1]. In Men's physique competitions, judges look for athletes who display a balance of muscularity, symmetry, conditioning, and marketability.[2]. This differs Men's Physique from Men's Bodybuilding, in which athletes are expected to display an extreme level of muscularity and conditioning.
