Michael G. Herrera is a Cuban/American Writer. He is noted known for his book, "MOVE UP: From Bag Boy to Manager. He is also married and has a son on the way. "Move Up" is a condensed book of advice for anyone looking to MOVE UP in America. This book is written by the son of a Cuban immigrant who MOVED UP in business to achieve great success with little specialized education, no college degree, and no entitlement to speak of. His family came to america with a bag and now he has it all. These are the lessons he gave his son on how to succeed in America.
