Muhammad Khan Bhatti was born on 12 April 1968 and graduated from University of the Punjab and joined Government of the Punjab Civil Secretariat in 1988. He joined Assembly Secretariat.[1] in 1996 as a State Officer and promoted to Additional Secretary and then as Secretary of the Assembly. He went on deputation in Chief Minister Secretariat in 2002 as Additional Secretary then Special Secretary to C.M. Punjab[2]

Early life and education[edit]

He grew up and completed his early education in city of Gujrat and attached to render his services to Choudhary of Gujrat, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.

Career[edit]

In 2008, he was promoted from Additional Secretary Assembly to The Secretary Provincial Assembly of the Punjab which is a biggest and oldest Assembly of Pakistan and located in the heart of Lahore.
