Muhammad Zulqarnain Zulfi

Muhammad Zulqarnain Zulfi (born 1988) is a Kashmiri journalist based in New Delhi, the Indian capital. He writes extensively on politics, defense, human rights, technology and security issues. He has reported from Kashmir and Delhi, among other publications, for The Indian Express,[1] Indo-Asian News Service,[2] Suhaib Ilyassi's Bureaucracy Today,[3] Greater Kashmir, Etala'at, The Financial Express,[4] and Kashmir Reader.[5]

Zulfi[6][7] has also written a book based on Indian Political Scenario[8] titled ‘Effects and Implications of Coalition Governments on Indian Politics’.[9]

Zulfi is the primary editor of The Spark Publications, based out of Lal Chowk, India.[10]
