Nabeel Akmal Qadeer

Nabeel Qadeer (born on 10th May 1982) is the lead of Pakistan’s First Business Reality Show, Idea Croron Ka (Modeled after Dragon's Den). As the Chief Innovation Officer of Superior Group, he is now leading Innovation District 92[1], a hub of innovation, Boom FM 106.6 and Neo Television Network. Prior to joining Superior Group, Qadeer was working at Punjab Information Technology Board[2] as the Director of Entrepreneurship. He is also the founder of a company called Technopsis[3]. An entrepreneur himself, Qadeer’s passion for teaching keeps him busy in his extra time. He is a visiting faculty of Entrepreneurship at various institutes such as FAST, ITU & Superior University.

Qadeer was born and raised in a Punjabi family in Lahore, Punjab. He studied at The Lahore Alma and LACAS till his A’Levels and then did his Bachelors in Computer Science from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences- FAST in Lahore. After graduating in 2005, Qadeer’s first job was at Microsoft which he left to come back to Pakistan and work with his people. He then worked for big local groups such as Nirala, Stylo & Shapes, building ERP systems for them. In the process Qadeer, understood the real life and pain of a Halwai(a person who makes sweets) and shoemakers.

In 2011, Qadeer went for an MBA to Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow, Scotland. A gold medalist of the batch, Qadeer was sure about starting his own company. On his return he got his PMP Certification[4] and cofounded Technopsis.
