Nagarro was founded as a software services company in 1996. In 2011, Nagarro was acquired by Allgeier SE, a Germany-based IT company [2]. In 2014, Hexa Business Services merged with Nagarro in Austria [3]. In 2016, Conduct AS, an Oslo-based consulting company, merged with Nagarro to become Nagarro in Norway [4]. In December 2016, Nagarro acquired Silicon Valley-based mobile design and strategy company, Mokriya [5]. Later acquisitions include Austria-based test automation and consulting company, Anecon, in 2018 and Dubai-based Farabi Technology Middle East LLC, in 2019 [6]. In October 2021, Nagarro announced the acquisition of ATCS, a US-headquartered IT solutions & products company. [7]. In January 2022, Nagarro acquired— Techmill Global, a Singapore-based IT financial technologies provider [8], and RipeConcepts— a design and creative solutions company [9] [10] [11].
In Dec 2020, Nagarro SE debuted as an independent, publicly traded company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, following its spin-off from Allgeier SE[1]. In addition to Nagarro, the new entity consists of other Allgeier businesses such as iQuest [12], operating in Romania, Switzerland, Germany and Poland; Objectiva, [13]operating in the USA and China; and the SAP business of Allgeier Enterprise Services, operating in Germany, France and Denmark. [14] In June 2021, it was included in the SDAX index [15] and in December 2021 in the TecDAX of Deutsche Börse [16]. Nagarro SE's revenue in 2020 was EUR 430.37 million[17] and in 2021, it was EUR 546 million [9].
