Early Life and Family

Naveen Kumar was born on 20 June 1969 in Delhi to Late Shri Prakash Anand and Smt. Santosh Gupta into a Hindu family. He married Meena Gupta and they have two children Shivam Gupta and Khushi Gupta. He grew up in a joint family system, wherein Indian values and ethics are heavily injected in the childhood itself, after completion of his schooling and higher education, he chose journalism as his career and started pursuing it.

In the mid 80's he got impressed with the nationalist ideology of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and there on a long association with the organization as an activist cadre member started, his interest and active participation with the workforce of RSS and got noted as he held few responsible cadre roles,
