Neil Seeman is Chief Executive Officer[1][2][3] of RIWI Corp. [4][5]and a public health author[6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22] , a runner-up for the Donner Book Prize in 2011[23] with Patrick Luciani for their book "XXL: Obesity and the Limits of Shame"[24] and researcher at the University of Toronto[25][26][27][28].

In the field of public health, Seeman has published on online counter-marketing[29], post-partisanship[30], mental health[31], and is the inventor of random domain intercept technology[32][33][34], which has been applied in different fields to make sense of how people in all countries produce, consume and understand information and misinformation on the Web that can be collected and analyzed in near real-time.[35][36][37]

Born in Toronto Seeman is a graduate of Upper Canada College[38], Queen's University[39], the University of Toronto Faculty of Law[40], and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.[41]
