New York WaterMaker is commercial water filtration and replication system with an emphasis on the replication of New York City water.[1] The system was launched at the 2018 International Pizza Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center on March 19, 2018. New York WaterMaker was popularized by the reality show Staten Island Hustle on CNBC. New York WaterMaker is currently installed in pizzerias, bagel shops, and bakery's across the United States.[2]

History[edit]

CEO of Greencrown Water Paul Errigo along with water-filtration engineer Emmanuel Moya developed the concept for New York WaterMaker when Paul had to stop for bagels in his home town of Staten Island before taking a trip to Florida. The idea for New York WaterMaker was born out of necessity for New York transplants to enjoy home town product outside of New York.[3]
