Now & Then

Now & Then is the 5th solo studio album by Bob McCarroll. Released at the end of 2011, the album was recorded Tempest Recording Studio (Clark Rigsby) in Tempe, Arizona over two consecutive days - January 27th / 28th, 2011. Now & Then sees Bob doing more Great American Songbook covers again but also dipping his feet into composing original songs in the same style / genre.

While the recording process went smoothly - using many of the same musicians as the his previous project, "That Old Feeling" - the mixing process wasn't quite as easy-going. Many mixing problems were related to unforeseen arrangement issues - with them being fixed in the editing / mixing process.
