Oleksandr Orestovych Kalonov (Ukrainian: Олександр Орестович Кальонов; Russian: Калёнов Александр Орестович; born 13 October 1991) is a Ukrainian football referee.

Biography[edit]

Oleksandr Kalonov is 184 cm (6 ft 12 in) tall, speaks fluent Italian, English, Ukrainian, Portuguese, Russian and has a degree in architecture. He was born in Lviv, Ukraine but lived for 16 years in Italy where he started his refereeing career.[1] Moved to Ukraine in 2014 he started to referee in Ukrainian Second League when time head of referees in Ukraine was Pierluigi Collina; then promoted to the Ukrainian First League in 2017.[2]

Besides refereeing he is also the owner of a group of clothing factories in Ukraine.[3]
