The PEARL Institute of Management and Information Technology (also known as PEARL Institute پرل انسٹیٹویٹ),.[1] is located in the downtown of Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. The foundation stone of the institution was laid down to address the severe lack of professional and technical skills in Quetta, which is a result of the low level literacy in this province of Pakistan.
