Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) is a paramilitary force which was extracted from the Nigerian Police force in the year 1958.

Nigeria Custom Service (NCS) is a paramilitary force which was established in the year 1891. Their responsibilities includes: Revenue collection and accounting for same and anti-smuggling activities.

Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA)[edit]

Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency was established by the promulgation of the decree number 48 of 1989 now Act of parliament. Its aim is to exterminate illicit drug trafficking and abuse. 

Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC)[edit]

Federal Road Safety Commission establishment Act was passed in 2007. Part of their duties is making high way safe for motorists.

Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC)[edit]

Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps was established in May 1967.

Nigerian Prison Service[edit]

Nigerian Prison Service has been in existence as far back as 1861.

Federal Fire Service In Nigeria[edit]

Federal Fire Service In Nigeria came into existence in the year 1901 through the British high commission.
