Paul Johnson is a 39 year old British medical tech entrepreneur living in San Francisco. He is the founder and CEO of Lemonaid Health, a direct to consumer mobile app and website providing doctor visits for a fee.[1][2]

Early life and career[edit]

Originally from the United Kingdom, Johnson graduated from the University of Worcester in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Management.[3] Paul launched his first business aged 15, was a finalist in the Daily Mail's Enterprising Young Brits Entrepreneur of the Year award 2004 and was then responsible for running the UK devision of Zooplus.[4][5]

Johnson later took on responsibility of all online operations at pharmacy chain LloydsPharmacy.[6]. Johnson's remit included taking over responsibility for the DrThom business that had recently been acquired.[7]

Johnson moved to the U.S. in 2014 to found the company Lemonaid Health, where he currently serves as CEO. To date, Lemonaid has raised $20.71 million in funding from investors and is available in 14 states in the United States.[8]
