The two main protagonists are two Platypus's named Rick Zengo, and Corey O'Malley. Frank Pandini Jr, is the City's business tycoon. Diaz and Lucinni are two backup characters, who assist the main characters with some cases from time to time. Chief Palasinski is the Police Chief.
