Premier World Capital is a British multinational financial services firm founded and headquartered in London.[1] The company has regional offices established in 16 locations across the globe.[1][2][3][4][5]

Corporate structure[edit]

Premier World Capital is a private company governed by British laws.[6] As of January 2020, Premier World Capital has offices in all the major financial centres worldwide and its operations are diversified across the major geographic regions of the Americas[7][8][9][10][11], EMEA[12][13][14], and Asia-Pacific[15][16][17][18].

The company's global business groups[19] are wealth management, asset management and investment banking. The operational headquarters for its wealth management segment is located in Central, Hong Kong, while its asset management and investment banking segments are operationally headquartered in London, United Kingdom and New York City, United States respectively.[20]

Together with its corporate services arm,[21] Premier World Capital's organizational structure comprises 4 operational segments: Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking and a Corporate Center.[19]

Corporate governance[edit]

At the corporate group level, executive board meetings are held biannually[22] while financial, compliance and investor reports are released on a quarterly basis.[23]

Based on its corporate structure and an analysis of its balance sheet, the company received a Moody's Analytics Risk Score of 2 (1 being the best and 10 being the worst in terms of company risk) in its latest evaluation.[24]
