Pruvo

Pruvo is a free online webservice that tracks price drops to existing hotel reservations and notifies the customer once they find a better price for the exact same hotel room the customer booked.

Pruvo was launched in May 2016 and processes hotel reservations in any language. Pruvo´s service is free and the only requirement is that the hotel reservation be a free cancellation reservation.
