Purushothaman V is Indian movie maker-television serial director known for his works primarily in Malayalam and Hindi.Purusothaman Authored a few short stories.Directed a couple of adfilms and corporate movies. Currently directing teleserial Ente Kuttikalude Achan for Mazhavil Manorama.
Early life[edit]
Purushothaman started as assistant director with ace film maker sri. T.K.Rajeev Kumar and worked with him in a number of films in Malayalam and Hindi. The films include Kshanakkathu, Ottayal Pattalam, Raja Ko Rani se payar HO gaya(Hindi), Vakkalathu Narayanankutty, Kushti(Hindi), Kolaambi etc..
Purushothaman also worked behind the curtain as Associate director, Script writer, and directored many acclaimed stage shows world over. The shows may include MISS WORLD 1996 held in Bangalore, Mohanlal And The Magic Lamp in early 2000, Suresh Gopi's Arabian Dreams, Kathayattam, Bheemam, Lalonam Nallonam etc.
