Users can create a variety of mobile surveys for different needs, including lead capture, customer feedback, audits, and research.

History

QuickTapSurvey was founded by Ravin Shah and Tishan Mills in 2010.[1] The survey app was created to provide users with an easy way to collect mobile data offline. In its early days, the app was commonly used for field marketing, marketing research, customer satisfaction, and experiential marketing.

Since its launch, the offline survey app has expanded its offerings to include solutions for many different departments and industries, including human resources, hospitality, entertainment, and healthcare. The survey tool supports users across 135 countries.

Software and Services

QuickTapSurvey allows businesses to create and design mobile surveys without any technical skills required. Users can share surveys on their website, send links via email, or pull them up on a mobile device for in-person data capture. The offline survey app is most commonly used for lead collection at trade shows, conferences, and other events. [2]  Other popular uses include market research, customer satisfaction, inspections, and evaluations.

The survey tool integrates with a variety of different web applications, including apps for email marketing, CRM management, and document management. Other product offerings include survey-specific question types like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and CSAT scoring, custom keyboards, contest and sweepstake tools, the ability to put surveys into kiosk mode, and reporting tools that allow users to view trends and patterns in their collected data.[3]
