Quinn Henry Mulligan

Quinn Henry Mulligan is an American singer-songwriter and musician based in Portland, Oregon, known for his work as front man and guitarist for the band Fanno Creek[1][2]. He released his debut solo album January with Albanak on 1/26/18[3][4].

Biography[edit]

Quinn Henry Mulligan was born in Portland, Oregon and has been playing music since age 14. While in college in Forest Grove, Oregon he formed the well-reviewed band Fanno Creek with lifelong friend and collaborator Evan Hailstone[5]. Fanno Creek relocated to Portland, Oregon and released their debut album Monuments in 2013 under Sohitek Records to favorable reviews. Eleven PDX Magazine wrote: “It’s easy to call Monuments one of the most confident, assured debut albums from a Portland band pretty much ever.”[6]

Fanno Creek was disbanded in 2014 leaving Mulligan to embark on a solo career. Mulligan is currently undertakign an ambitious mission he’s calling GET THEM OFF MY CHEST[7][8]  for which he will release one new album every month for twelve straight months; the first of these albums, JANUARY released 1/26/28 to favorable reviews. A&R factory wrote: "This is folk music in the traditional sense but also folk music for the future, music which will appeal to the generation of cool kids who have been turned on to the genre by a whole host of skinny-jeaned crossover bands, but which will also keep the traditionalists happy and even win favour with the more chart minded music."[9]
