R. S. Karthik is an Indian film actor,[1] who has appeared in Tamil language films. He has made one lead role to date being Peechankai (2017), a $140,000 budget film in the Tamil language.

After completing a degree in engineering, Karthik wanted to become an actor looking for opportunities to enter the film industry. Karthik started by playing small supporting roles. He successfully auditioned for the lead role in Peechankai (2017), a US$140,000 budget film, which has been his most prominent role to date.[2]
