History[edit]
The Italan-born audio-visual expert Ottavio Ermini, born in Milan, funded in 1996 the Radio-Télévision Analamanga in Madagascar. It was then purchased by some french businessmen before being sold to the Prey business group owned by the malagasy industrial and politician Edgard Razafindravahy. The newspapers L'Express de Madagascar and Ao Raha, along with the radio stations Antsiva and Radio France Madagascar, are also parts of the PREY business group.
