The term Raja Of Rajouri refers to the lineage of rulers of the former princely Rajouri Town in Northern India. The princely town of Rajouri was established in the 13th century by Raja Nooruddin Khan. There family origin's are from kashmir India. And they use the hereditary title Of Raja.The family fort Rajouri Fort was constructed in the year 1855 by a famous architecture named Mian Hathu.Later there fort was Destroyed by Maharaja Ranjit Singh.[1] The dynasty traces their origin to the 13th century India, when their ancestors came from present day Rajouri to Kalanaur, Punjab.[1]

The 29th Raja Of Rajouri Raja Muhammad Iqbal, is a retired deputy ommissoner of Rawalpindi District while his son, Raja Omar Iqbal, the 30th Raja, is a Regional Manager at Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) in Lahore.
