Ralph Smart was born in London to parents from Sierra Leone. At the age of 10, he spent a year in Sierra Leone studying and doing schooling.[3]
Ralph enrolled at the University of Westminster, and years later he received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology in what was a combined honors degree.[3]
