Red direction
Red Direction is True North The red compass needle, one of the cardinal directions, always turns toward the magnetic north: the pull of earth’s magnetic field orients every element of our planet.[1] As individuals, we experience a powerful motivation and guidance in our lives that direct us toward our “true north.”
A company identifies and aligns its own red direction; articulating a mission, vision, and values that energize and motivate its workforce, customers, and investors.
