Richard Harcus (born April 6th 1976) is a Scottish Elite UEFA qualified football coach currently coaching in South East Asia as Director of Football in Vietnam. https://www.linkedin.com/in/richard-harcus-6320825a/ He is qualified via the SFA (Scottish Football Association), The FA (England), the FAW (Wales) and the USC (United States).

As a youth player Richard played for various youth clubs such as Edina Hibs http://www.edinahibs.co.uk/club/61160/Home Linlithgow Rose FC http://www.linlithgowrose.co.uk and was selected and capped for the Scottish Schools regional team http://scottishschoolsfa.co.uk/regional-associations/ where he suffered a knee injury against a West German select team. Richard Harcus is also a PFSA scout working relationship with many front running teams in the English Premiership, Spanish La Liga and German Budesliga.
