Richard Pèpe is an Italian/American restaurant entrepreneur, chef and political candidate. He is known for his ownership of multiple Carmel, California based restaurants, including Little Napoli, Vesuvio, Vino Napoli Wine Bar, Peppoli and Carmel Bakery as well as his candidacy for mayor in 2012 against Carmel City Councilman Jason Burnett.[1][2][3]
