Robert Burns (Politician)

Robert Burns is a politician from Bedford, New Hampshire and is currently a candidate for the United States House of Representatives in New Hampshire's Second District. Robert was born in Nashua, New Hampshire and attended college at Keene State University.

Burns first entered elected office when he defeated incumbed Christopher Pappas for Hillsborough County Treasurer. He later ran for New Hampshire's Executive Council in District 4 in 2012 and 2014. He was elected as the Chair of the New Hampshire Young Republicans in 2014, a position he holds today.

Mike Huckabee selected Robert as an alternate delegate to the 2008 Republican National Convention and President Donald Trump selected Robert as a delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention.
