Robert Matteson is the founder of the Sigurd Olson institute. He founded it in spring of 1972. Up until now, despite being the founder of a major institution, not much is known about him. Some claim he had the idea to found the Sigurd Olson institute after he attended a conference, however this is in unverifiable.
