Rosinka Moscow
Rosinka is a luxury gated community outside of Moscow, Russia. It consists of 300 single family rental houses situated on 134 acres of privately owned territory. The land and the majority of the buildings are owned, operated and maintained by a single property management company. Historically favored by expats, Rosinka hosts families from more than 30 countries around the world. Inside the gated community is the British International School of Moscow (Rosinka Campus). On the territory, residents enjoy are a private lake with a beach, walking trails, a restaurant, and a large athletic complex with an olympic sized swimming pool and indoor tennis courts.
