Rulers.org is a Name-Matching-System to identify a Politically exposed person. It is a political database website. It contains chronological lists of heads of state and heads of government since 1700. Also included are the subdivisions of various countries, as well as a selection of international organizations. Recent foreign ministers of all countries are listed separately.[1]
- In 1995, when it was founded it was located at a Geocities address, in 2001 it moved to the rulers.org.
- In late 2001 an index to the website, with biographies of political leaders was added.
- By the end of 2007 it included some 3,000 biographies and another 10,000 short entries.
