Running Joe is a primarily satirical webcomic series created by Ted Jenkins (SniperJenko). It was created in February of 2023, with the premier "Run From The Sun" receiving little to no reception.

Implication

The comics comprise of only three panels, with one, short, and continuous story line between them. Usually, the main character, (which the comic is named after), Running Joe is depicted running in funny scenarios, such as in space, or out of prison. There is sometimes dialog, yet it isn't consistent. Occasionally, there are deeper stories behind the comics.

Characters

Running Joe

Running Joe is the main protagonist of the series. He is depicted as a faceless, monochromatic stick-man with no distinguishing features. He can usually be identified in the comics as he tends to be the only faceless character, and is often running.

Packing Man

Packing Man gets his name from both his resemblance to the character, PAC-MAN, and his giant penis. He is best friend of Running Joe.

Dr. Parramatta

Dr. Parramatta is a minor character in the series. He appears in "Running Joe's Backstory". His name is a reference to a town in Sydney, New South Wales.

Runbot

Runbot is a minor character in Running Joe. He is Joe’s robot and it’s unknown who he was created by.

Scott The Woz

Scott The Woz is a minor character in the series, and is a parody of the YouTuber with the same name. He was created for a joke version of the comic.

Officer Ruffle-Donut

Officer Ruffle-Donut is a minor antagonist in the series. He is used to represent cancel culture, seemingly punishing people without reason.

Rocko

Rocko is Running Joe’s cousin from New Zealand. He is depicted looking just like Running Joe, except with two dotted eyes, with one floating off the side of his head, and his smiling mouth, also coming off the side of his head. He’s only ever seen in one of Joe’s thought bubbles. It’s unknown whether he is a real person, or whether the thought bubble was a memory or a fantasy.

Xié'è De Pàngzi

Xié'è De Pàngzi is the main antagonist of the series. Little is known about him. He is the only character to be drawn in a colour other than black, being red. He is Chinese.
