Saffin Alimamy (born 23 October, 1994) is a New Zealander, originally from Iraq and Turkey, and is a book writer, best known for his book 'Handling Depression'. [1]. He is currently a YouTuber, and best known for creating daily videos of his life.
Life and Career Saffin Alimamy was born in Yemen, San'aa to an Iraqi father and a Turkish mother. He completed his Bachelors degree in Business Administration at Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd University in Saudi Arabia. During the year of 2010, he started a YouTube channel, starting off as a musician, and ending up as a video logger and motivation inspiration. He has managed to publish two of his books, 'Handling Depression', and 'Thoughts & Feelings', as he has a lot of life experiences with dealing with different people from different cultures, as well as fought and survived through suicidal depression.
Alimamy first started YouTube with being a musician, releasing his own songs, in 2010. In 2014, he has changed his direction to becoming a tour vlogger, showing people from all around the world the Arabian culture in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, as well as in the West, in New Zealand. Alimamy then begun writing books, and he has published two of his books, available in Hocken's Collections in Dunedin, New Zealand. Alimamy lived in multiple countries of such; Yemen (1994-1995), New Zealand (1995-2000), Oman (2000-2001), United Arab Emirates (2001-2010), and Saudi Arabia (2010-Present).
