Sagar Pradhan (Odia: ସାଗର ପ୍ରଧାନ) is an Indian author, columnist,[1][2][3][4][5]and motivational speaker, known for his books A Cup of Tea with Life, [6][7] Basic Java,[3] and Internet of Things.[8][9][10][11][7]He has been awarded with Governor's Award for his research and books by Hon'ble Governor of Odisha.[12][13][14][15]

Early life[edit]

He was born on 1 March 1991 in a Hindu family in Adhanga Mallikeswarpur, Kendrapara, Odisha to Tapan Kumar Pradhan and Bidulata Pradhan.[6][7][3][16][17][18]

Education & Career[edit]

He completed his schooling from Mallikeswar Govt. Nodal High School, Kendrapara, Odisha. He studied Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Biju Patnaik University of Technology in Odisha. Then he moved to Bengaluru to work with Infosys Technologies for five years and Electronics Corporation of India Limited for two years respectively. He is currently working as a Sr. Associate with Cognizant. He is also a member of several research bodies like AISEC (IIT Kharagpur), ORCID (USA), International Association of Engineers (Hong Kong) & IAENG Society of Computer Scientists, (Hong Kong).[9][8][7]
