§ Samer Nuseibeh born in Jerusalem. He is the Vice President of Mohammed Zaki Nuseibeh and Sons Group dividing his time between the hospitality as well as the commercial and construction development part of the business. He was the Project Manager for the first large commercial shopping mall, office and hotel complex in the heart of East Jerusalem – the Addar Mall.Prior to that he worked at various international development consultancies in the UK and the Gulf before returning to Jerusalem in 2009[1]. Samer Graduated from University college London in 2000 with a BSc Honors in Engineering and Project Management and obtained his Masters degree in Construction Economics and Management in the year 2003 from the same university[2]. In addition to Samer's private work in tourism, construction and commerce he is actively involved in civil society institutions[3][4].He is the Chairman and Founder of Addar Foundation, a nongovernmental organization aiming to improve the educational, social, cultural and sport programming available to East Jerusalemites[5]. He is also the Chairman of the Palestinian Academy for Talented Footballers[6], the Palestinian Arm Wrestling Federation[7], the Jerusalem Employees Club[8] and Youth for Jerusalem Association[9]. In addition he is a founding and board member of ACT for Dispute Resolution and Studies, founding and board member of the TAJ Cluster for Tourism and Arts, board member of Dar-AlAwlad School, member of the Supreme Islamic Council .

Samer has also been asked in May 2018 to chair “Go Green” which is a local NGO that promotes and encourages “ Being Green” and friendly to the environment amongst Palestinian youth.[10]

In addition he has been appointed as a member of the Arab Chamber of Commerce in Jerusalem and to be in charge of the international relations file at the chamber, however Samer resigned from this position due to his belief that there should be elections instead of appointments for such a position.[11]

Samer has also initiated several public initiatives in Jerusalem including the first Ramadan shopping festival, private sector football league and career guidance program for 10th and 11th grade school pupils.
